5th Annual ‘Dinner and a Movie Night’

All in Need are Welcome to Attend

Trenton N.J. – Tomorrow on Thursday, July 12th, volunteers from around the city will be serving complimentary dinners to homeless men and women. Brian Blakely, a native Trentonian, has been facilitating the event for the past five years.

“Our city’s homeless are in dire need of community support,” Mayor Reed Gusciora maintained Wednesday. “This event is the least that the city could do for those in need of a little extra help.”

The Mayor’s office is calling all sponsors and vendors to contribute what they can. Please contact Brian Blakely at (609) 222-2770. In the past, Blakely and his efforts have been able to feed hundreds of people, while giving them an opportunity to relax and watch a movie under the stars.

The event will be held at the Rescue Mission of Trenton, please use the back entrance at 89 Ewing Street, from 5-8 pm.
