What: Rally to Support Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Nurses Strike
Where: 175 Somerset St., New Brunswick, NJ
When: Monday, August 14th, 5 PM
Details: We will be joined by members of the New Jersey State Legislature and members of the labor community.

The rally will be on the street in front of the Magyar Reformed Church. Parking may be limited.

Please join the New Jersey State AFL-CIO and the Middlesex/ Somerset CLC for a rally to support our USW Local 4-200 Nurses who are on strike at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.

These union members are striking for a fair and decent contract that should include safe staffing ratios. We need to show our collective support for these healthcare heroes who care for our families every day, making sure that we too, are cared for all the while.

The New Jersey State AFL-CIO is an umbrella group of unions representing more than 1 million working men and women and their families. The state federation is a charter organization of the national AFL-CIO, which represents more than 12.5 million workers across the country in a wide range of occupations, from bricklayers and machinists to nurses, firefighters and teachers.
