Acting Governor Oliver Takes Action on Legislation

TRENTON – Today, Acting Governor Oliver signed the following bills into law:

A-325/S-152 (Dancer, Benson, Freiman/Diegnan, Corrado, Sauickie) – Authorizes military service members, spouses, and dependents with out-of-state domicile to operate motor vehicles in New Jersey

A-1189/S-1372 (Jasey, Moen/Cunningham, Ruiz) – Requires financial aid award letter provided by institutions of higher education and certain proprietary schools be consistent with financial aid shopping sheet

A-2026/S-322 (Conaway, Mukherji, Haider/Vitale, Beach) – Reduces from 18 to 12 specific credit hours required for Animal Health Technician job title in civil service; allows substitution of five years of experience for education requirement
