Activists in Dover Prepare Demand Letter in Violent Arrest of Cyprian Luke
Activists in Dover prepared a demand letter in response to excessive use of force used on unarmed, teenager named Cyprian Luke of Morristown in the early morning hours of May 19 at the hands of Dover police officers in Dover.
The following letter was read at the Special Meeting tonight, Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 7PM at the Dover Community Center located at 37 N. Essex Street, Dover.
