ADAMO AND PASSAIC DEMOCRATS CONTINUE TO BUILD MOMENTUM WITH HUGE FUNDRAISER

PASSAIC COUNTY–  Democratic candidate for County Sheriff Thomas Adamo and his running mates, County Commissioner candidates Cassandra “Sandi” Lazzara, Rodney De Vore and John Bartlett, raised approximately $150,000 hosting 1,200 fired up supporters Tuesday night at the Westmount Country Club in Woodland Park.

The event was just the latest indicator of the tremendous momentum the Passaic County Democratic committee endorsed team has been seeing build each day as they move towards Primary Day, June 4th.  The campaign has had field teams on the ground for weeks receiving tremendous feedback for the Democratic team and has heard from voters across Passaic County eager to elect Adamo and his running mates and finally put the Speziale Team’s lies aside once and for all.

“It was truly exciting to see all of the support for our team,” said Adamo. “I’ve been serving the public in the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office for the last 29 years and have had the tremendous opportunity to work in every department in the office under some truly exceptional people like Sheriff Richard Berdnik.  Suffice to say, entering the political arena has been an eye-opening experience for myself and my family to see and hear some of the slanderous things being spread around by our opponents.  An event like last night’s where we can connect with those we wish to serve and truly understand what it is they are hoping for from their public servants is a unique experience and one which I look forward to doing often if elected.”

Adamo, who currently serves as Chief of the Law Enforcement Division in the County Sheriff’s Office, continued, “There are so many important things people need from their elected officials, it would be my honor to be the one to provide those services as the next Passaic County Sheriff.”
