Amazon Donates $30,000 in Kindles to Support Summer Reading Programs in Four NJ Towns

 

Today, July 6, 2017, Amazon will be celebrating summer reading programs in Carteret, Woodbridge, Edison and Florence by donating 300 Kindles and a library of digital content, to be distributed through public libraries across Middlesex County.

 

Amazon officials will be at the Woodbridge Public Library at 11:00 am today for a ceremony, and will then head to the neighboring Edison Public Library at 1:30 pm. Guests include Woodbridge Mayor John McCormac, Woodbridge Library Director Monica Eppinger, Carteret Library Director Joseph Norris, Edison Mayor Tom Lankey

Edison Library Director Judith Mansbach, and township children participating in the libraries’ summer reading program.
