America First Republicans will move to Protect the Constitutional Rights of Republican Voters

New Jersey — The America First Republicans of New Jersey have announced they will move to ensure the County Line system deemed unconstitutional by a federal court is not unjustly imposed on Republican voters during the June 4, 2024 Primary election.

“The basis of our Republic is equality under the law,” said Mike Crispi, Co-Chairman of the America First Republicans.  “If a federal court can protect the rights of Democrat voters, it must protect our rights too.”

Crispi was reacting to news late on Holy Saturday that Judge Zahid N. Quraishi said his injunction protecting the rights of Democrat voters in the upcoming Democrat Primary would not be extended to Republicans and that Republicans would have to suffer another election cycle under the unconstitutional system.

“Quraishi said that the ‘public interest clearly favors the protection of constitutional rights,'” said Crispi.  “Republicans deserve to have their constitutional rights protected just as much as Democrats.”

Crispi said that the America First Republicans have recruited several plaintiffs and he invited any Republican candidate, committee, and PAC who wants to see the constitutional rights of New Jersey Republicans protected as much as the Democrats.
