Today Americans for Tax Reform releases its new guide to noteworthy initiatives, amendments, and referenda that will appear on statewide ballots during the 2018 midterm elections. The fate of more than 150 statewide ballot measures will be decided by voters in 38 states from coast to coast on November 6 – spanning a broad range of issues, including tax, budget, health care, labor, and energy policy.
