Amy Kennedy Campaign Responds to Brigid Harrison’s Most Recent Negative Attacks

Brigantine, NJ – Earlier today, Brigid Harrison continued her scorched-earth, personal and negative attacks against Amy Kennedy following the announcement of growing support for Amy’s campaign including an endorsement by End Citizens United.  Josh Roesch, Campaign Manager for Amy Kennedy for Congress, released the following statement.

Brigid Harrison is desperate and angry because she was promised this seat in Congress by the South Jersey machine and a handful of party bosses and she can’t believe that voters are rejecting her campaign.  But she is the candidate running a scorched-earth, negative campaign aimed at Amy and her family in the middle of a pandemic.  Now she is using Trump’s dog whistle racist talking points about voter fraud and criminal activity in the African American community.  She also went on Fox news to call for reducing Medicare and Medicaid spending and has called time and time again for cutting public pensions and the promises made to hard working public employees.  Even Brigid’s negative campaign and her public relations consultant, who was Harvey Weinstein’s spokesperson, can’t pull the wool over the eyes of voters.
