Brigantine, NJ- Today, NJ.com reported that Jeff Van Drew is one of only 22 House Republicans appointed to the “House Congressional Captains” program that will help raise money for Donald Trump’s re-election campaign. Amy Kennedy released the followingstatement:
With 100,000 Americans now dead from coronavirus and people across South Jersey struggling to stay safe and pay the bills, it is outrageous that Jeff Van Drew is dedicating his time to getting Donald Trump re-elected instead of standing up for our community. Instead of raising money for Trump, Van Drew should be fighting to get more money and resources for NJ2. This is exactly why leadership matters, now more than ever.
