Annual Open House – New Jersey Fire Museum and Fallen Fighters’ Memorial and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.

 

Invited speakers include, Assemblyman Craig Coughlin, Speaker of the New Jersey Assembly.  Event is free and open to the public.

 

Thanks to the passage of P.L.2021, c.463 (A-5075) and the commitment from the state, county and local officials, New Jersey is finally able to create a museum to preserve our state’s long history of fire service and fulfill the dream of Earnest Day, a NJ philanthropist, whose vision and collection, started this journey many years ago.  This location will serve as the home of a permanent memorial, intended to properly honor those that have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty. 

 
WHEN:

Sunday, September 25, 2022, from 9AM – 3PM.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will commence around 11:30AM.
