Assembly Budget Panel to Receive Testimony from Departments of Environmental Protection, Banking and Insurance & State on Monday
Assembly Environment and Solid Waste Committee Also to Meet at 2:00 p.m.
(TRENTON) – The Assembly Budget Committee will reconvene Monday, May 16 to receive departmental budget testimony from the state departments.
The Department of Environmental Protection will begin its testimony at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Banking and Insurance at 1:00 p.m. The Department of State will start at 3:00 p.m.
The hearings will be held in Committee Room 11, located on the 4th floor of the State House Annex, Trenton NJ.
The Assembly Environment and Solid Waste Committee will review a measure (A-2235) prohibiting the use by certain retailers of shipping boxes greater than two times the volume of the product being shipped and other bills. The panel will meet at 2:00 p.m. in Committee Room 9, 3rd floor.
