Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick issued the following statement in response to Sen. Nellie Pou using Assemblyman Jay Webber’s daughters:

“When politicians involve the children of their opponents in political attacks, that crosses the line. Our families should not be the focus of comments.    The senator’s statement is an example of what’s wrong with politics today and she should take it back.”
