Assembly speaker: With Murphy, we can finally raise the minimum wage

Over the weekend, The Star Ledger published my editorial on New Jersey’s opportunity to gradually raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour for our workers.

In the coming weeks, we will be introducing legislation to help thousands of New Jerseyans who work several jobs and still struggle to make ends meet for themselves and their families. We owe it to these hard-working men and women to make our state more affordable.
