Assemblymen Mazzeo & Armato announce $5 million in
DOT Funding for Atlantic County

(Northfield, NJ) — Assemblyman Vince Mazzeo and Assemblyman John Armato (D-Atlantic) announced this morning almost $5 million in Department of Transportation Municipal Aid Program funding for various projects in the 2nd Legislative District across Atlantic County.

“We are glad to see so many worthwhile projects being funded by the state,” said Assemblyman Vince Mazzeo. “It’s no secret that Atlantic County has major infrastructure needs. Assemblyman Armato and I will continue to fight for Atlantic County’s fair share of funding from the state.”

Assemblyman John Armato said, “We are glad to see these 16 projects moving forward that will put hard-working Atlantic County residents — including many in our building trades — to work. Creating jobs and fixing our crumbling infrastructure is critically important for Atlantic County’s future.”

Below is a list of the 16 projects being funded by the New Jersey Department of Transportation for a total of $4.955 million. Municipalities listed below will receive formal notice from DOT next week, including information on how to proceed with their projects.
