Atlantic County Executive Dennis Levinson presented his annual budget message to the Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.

With the information currently available, he expects a 2-cent tax decrease despite nationwide high inflation and significant increases in pension payments and state health benefits for local government employees, among other costs outside county control.
