Atria Senior Living Promotes Karol Gorniak to Lead North Jersey Region

Move Advances Company’s Growth Plans

April 24, 2018 – Atria Senior Living has promoted Karol Gorniak to Regional Vice President as part of Atria’s strategy to enhance its presence and increase its business support in the North New Jersey markets where the company operates.

Atria’s newly formed North Jersey Region now includes Atria Cranford in Cranford, Atria Roseland in Roseland, Atria Norwood in Norwood and Atria Waldwick in Waldwick, which is scheduled to open early 2019.

Gorniak most recently served as Executive Director for Atria Roseland. He has 25 years of experience in leadership, customer service and operations management, having worked in the hospitality, fitness and wellness, and healthcare industries. In the new role, he will work to ensure that Atria communities in the area continue to deliver on the company’s high quality standards.

Gorniak will oversee operations, service and care delivery and will be instrumental as Atria continues to expand in this region and nationwide. “Atria is redoubling its commitment to North Jersey, and I’m proud to have the opportunity to lead that effort. We will continue to strengthen the partnership with the New Jersey Healthcare Association, as well as the Alzheimer’s Association, and will become even more committed to help Atria and our communities fill this vital role in meeting the needs of local seniors,” said Gorniak.
