Bergen County Celebrates LGBTQ Pride

(Hackensack) – Last night, Bergen County Executive Jim Tedesco and the Bergen County Board of Chosen Freeholders, together with the Bergen County LGBTQ Advisory Committee, hosted the County of Bergen’s annual LGBTQ Pride Celebration and Flag Raising. Honored guests included Assemblyman Tim Eustace, NJ Buddies Executive Director Mark Anderson, Englewood Cliffs Police Officer Lt. James Tracy (who was named one of the 2018 NBC Out #pride30 honorees), and keynote speaker New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal. The County also recognized a number of young people involved in their schools’ Gay Straight Alliances. Included below are photographs of the event.
