We want to wish everyone a Happy Holiday and a very Happy New Year.

The LGBTQ Bergen County Democratic Caucus has a growing membership from various municipalities, approved by-laws, and plan on having elections this June (stay tuned for details). Our focus is to continue having LGBTQ+ representation on the local and county level along with the state and federal levels of government. While representation is crucial, educating and empowering LGBTQ+ issues is also vital to our community. Having our membership continue to grow with an effective leadership will enable us carry out the above objectives, while supporting our mission.

The mission of the Bergen County LGBTQ+ Democratic Caucus is to recruit and empower LGBTQ+ candidates and to support the election of diverse LGBTQ+ representation within all levels of Bergen County local and county government. This caucus will support candidates who will advocate for diversity, embrace inclusion, educate about racial, social and economic justice, and support the funding needed to address the needs of the Bergen County LGBTQ+ community.
