BIPAC Endorses Richter for Promoting Free Enterprise and Job Growth
TOMS RIVER, NJ – September 2, 2020 – David Richter, the Republican nominee for Congress in New Jersey’s Third District, announced today that he has received the endorsement of the Business and Industry Political Action Committee(BIPAC).

BIPAC COO Timothy Riordan and Action Fund Chair Tom Tauke said, “Your support for policies that promote free enterprise and job growth is consistent with BIPAC’s mission and we are encouraging our members and partners to support your candidacy. Because you have been a consistent voice for the business community and the working men and women of New Jersey, we are pleased to endorse your candidacy and know that you will be a strong advocate in Congress for the policies that impact and stimulate growth, innovation, and prosperity at both the federal and state levels.”

BIPAC advances economic prosperity by empowering private-sector employees to become pro-jobs voters and advocates through voter education, grassroots advocacy, and PAC participation.

“I thank BIPAC for their support and recognition that there is only one candidate in this race who has the experience creating jobs and helping the men and women of the working class in New Jersey. As someone who has created thousands of jobs, I know what it takes to guide us out of this pandemic and kickstart our economic recovery,” said Richter.

Previously, Richter received the endorsement of the National Federation of Independent Businesses(NFIB), the nation’s leading advocate for small businesses and their employees.

Richter is the former CEO of global construction management firm Hill International.  During his time at the company, Hill grew from a struggling family business with less than 300 employees into a successful public company with more than 4,300 employees.  A lifelong Republican, Richter grew up in and has spent most of his life living and working in the Third District.  He earned two bachelor’s degrees and a law degree from Penn as well as master’s degrees from Oxford and Harvard.  Richter and his wife Michelle, who have been married for 20 years, are the parents of four teenage daughters.
