Although the outcome wasn’t what we wanted, this campaign has been an amazing journey. I’m proud of all of our hard work and all that we accomplished. Kathy, Hilary, Robbie, Mac and I are incredibly grateful for your support every step of the way. We put our heart and soul into this campaign. We gave it our all and will forever appreciate you standing with us. We will never forget you.

We had the great fortune of meeting so many people across all parts of our state. We ran a race where we talked about the issues that are important to all New Jerseyans ─ issues that transcend party and politics. Even though we had an election, these issues aren’t going away. For us to solve them, we’re going to have to commit to bringing people together.

Although we didn’t win, I want you to know I’m committed to fighting for a more promising future for every generation of New Jerseyans that follow. I hope all of you share that same commitment.

Lastly, we want all of you to know that we remain optimistic and plan to work together to ensure a brighter, more promising future for all New Jerseyans.
