Booker Statement on Anti-Semitic Stabbing in Monsey

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) issued the below statement following the horrific attack in Monsey, NY:

“As Jews around the world gather to celebrate the festival of lights, five innocent victims were attacked during a Hanukkah celebration in another instance of anti-Semitic cruelty. This hatred is terrifying for not only the Jewish community but also our country. We must do everything we can to stamp this darkness out of our society. My heart and thoughts are with the families of the victims, Monsey, and the entire Jewish community.”
