Republican Bramnick Wins in District That Overwhelmingly Voted Biden

WESTFIELD – In a district that President Joe Biden won by nearly 18%, State Senator Jon Bramnick (R-Westfield) cruised to re-election, continuing to show Republicans can win repeatedly in a district with more Democrats than Republicans, and proving that his brand of bringing political balance to government can win over even the most difficult districts for the GOP.

Bramnick, who has called for both parties to reject the political extremes and focus on common cause of fighting tax hikes and reducing crime, issued the following statement:

“Voters iⁿ the 21st district have sent a loud and clear message: it’s time to end the extreme political rhetoric and instead support reasonable Republicans who will tackle the urgent issues of affordability, fighting tax hikes and reducing crime. Our message can resonate in every corner of New Jersey – that voters are tired of the partisan games and are ready for balance in government. We will take the message from our district across the state in the coming months to ensure Republicans begin to win again in every community both in 2024 – and 2025.”
