Bramnick call for Assembly to address high density

court-mandated housing at its next voting session

TRENTON, N.J. – Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick said today the Assembly should address the high density court-imposed housing issue during its next session on Monday, July 31.

“The courts should not control housing in our municipalities. Local officials should determine what housing belongs in their towns,” said Bramnick (R-Union). “The Legislature needs to pass a constitutional amendment stating that housing density is a local issue. We have an excellent opportunity on July 31 to take action.”
