Bramnick demands Legislature

address high-density housing issue

TRENTON, N.J. – Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick issued the following statement:

“Trenton must act now to solve the high density housing problem that is hurting our towns with expensive, unnecessary lawsuits.  Local municipalities are losing control to the courts and must be protected.  Local officials – not the courts – should determine what housing belongs in their towns.  Let’s have a special session immediately to address this issue.”
