Brotschol Swears Off Big Pharma Money

Brotschol Will Not Have Conflict of Interest on Prescription Drugs

Lake Hiawatha, NJ . . . Today Hillery Brotschol, Republican Congressional candidate testing the waters, announced that she will not accept PAC money from Big Pharma corporations.

“We are seeing here locally and across the nation a trust factor issue with the Covid vaccines developed by big pharma.  One of the reasons is that people believe Congress is in bed with them.  As the next Congresswoman, I want to be part of the solution for our nation’s problems, not a money-driven re-election machine.  Therefore, I am proud to announce that I will not accept any PAC money from Big Pharma.  My loyalties will be to this district first,” said Brotschol.

The incumbent Mikie Sherrill is an aggressive fundraiser who has taken money from extreme progressives such as AOC and corrupt Gov. Andrew Cuomo.  She has also grown her war chest by accepting large funds from the pharmaceutical industry.  According to the Center for Responsive Politics, Sherrill raised a total of $113,000 from Big Pharma.  $44,000 came from people working for these companies and $69,000 from their PACs.  Here are a few of the donations she has received:

AstraZeneca

$2000

Eli Lilly & Company

$2000

Johnson & Johnson

$6000

Novartis

$6000

Pfizer

$7500

Sherrill also received $80,000 from a variety of lobbyists representing many different industries.

“After reading her FEC report. which reads like the who’s who of Big Pharma companies, I am not surprised that her husband is at the head of the line to get a vaccine,” said Brotschol.  “Our seniors are being hit on a daily basis by never-ending drug price increases.  I will do right by our seniors.  I will not sell them out to Big Pharma.”

Brotschol Background

Hillery Brotschol is the new generation of young Republicans committed to fighting to preserve our Constitution and stop the progressive socialist movement.  She has often been called the “Good Hillery.”

Hillery is a lifelong resident of Morris County and a graduate of Montclair State University. Her unique background, which can attract young voters, includes being an award-winning screenwriter, film producer, and a proud union member.

Like Ronald Reagan, Hillery spent most of her adult life as a registered Democrat and realized that the Democratic Party left her and that they are a party of special interest groups and socialist progressives.

Hillery is running for office because she refuses to allow the people of the 11th District to be bullied into silence and submission by a Congress that does nothing but vilify those who dare to disagree.
