Burlington County Young Democrats President announces candidacy for Mount Laurel Township Council

Mount Laurel, NJ — Stephen J. Steglik, President and co-founder of the Burlington County Young Democrats, announced via Facebook that he will be joining the Democratic ticket for Mount Laurel Township Council.

“For years I have been politically active in South Jersey. Campaigning, fundraising, and organizing for candidates up and down the ticket. This year I have decided to take the jump and run for office myself. “

Steglik, who is set to graduate on May 13th from the University of Pennsylvania with a Masters degree in Public Administration, would go on to say it was “an honor and privilege” to be running alongside Kareem Pritchett, a New Jersey corrections officer and drill instructor at the state’s training facility.
