Burlington Freeholders Announce Restaurant Initiative

MOUNT HOLLY – The Burlington County Freeholders today announced Taste of Burlington County Restaurant Week, an initiative that encourages residents to support participating restaurants during the week of October 20-26.

“The Freeholders want to spotlight County restaurants who provide excellent service yearround.  Burlington County restaurants reflect the diversity of our county by offering a broad choice of cuisine and dining experiences.  Restaurants contribute to the County’s economy by employing about 10,400 persons. This weeklong event is an opportunity to shine a spotlight on restaurants varying from family diners to the best fine dining in New Jersey’’said Freeholder Felicia Hopson.

“The Taste of Burlington County Restaurant Week initiative encourages our residents to patronize participating eateries and try something new.  A list of participating restaurants will be available shortly on the Burlington County Bridge Commission website” said Hopson.  “We are inviting over 500 restaurants to participate in the event that will be held October 20-26, 2019. This is another way to get the word out about our terrific restaurants and strengthen our county’s economy.”

Interested restaurants should send an email to edcoordinator@bcbridges.org
