CarePoint Health, Alaris Health Settle Differences and Pledge to Move Forward to Benefit Hudson Residents

Settlement Ends Years of Distractions and Legal Costs, Allows Non-Profit CarePoint to Focus on Serving the Community

HOBOKEN, NJ – CarePoint Health System has reached a mutual settlement agreement with Alaris Health and its owner Avery Eisenreich that will support the nonprofit’s mission of providing high quality, patient-focused health care to Hudson County. The two entities have agreed to settle all outstanding differences and move forward without further distractions and unnecessary legal costs.

With the support of our local, county and state officials, there is no limit to the advances in health care delivery that we can bring to Hudson County.”

CarePoint Health has announced exciting partnerships with national leaders in healthcare delivery like Rothman Orthopaedics and Columbia University, with several new agreements with iconic healthcare providers in the pipeline.

Terms of the settlement agreement involving CarePoint Health and Alaris Health cannot be divulged due to confidentiality agreements between the parties.
