Paramus, New Jersey – Certified Financial Services (CFS) has teamed up with Financial Representative, Ellen Lee, to build a strong Korean American group within its firm. This group of bilingual Financial Representatives allows the opportunity for small businesses and other primarily Korean-speaking individuals to work with reputable partners on his or her individual and business financial objectives and plans.
The Korean American population accounts for more than 13% of the Asian population in New Jersey, with more than 60% of that population residing in Bergen County (over 131,000 individuals).1 Understanding the significance of that number, CFS is dedicated to creating solutions for the Korean American community to increase their financial confidence; this will help families and businesses find financial balance in their futures.
Ellen Lee notes, “As a fellow Korean-American, I understand the struggles of financial planning when there is a language barrier. The firm and I are hoping to create opportunities to make sure that the Korean community receives proper financial planning with ease.”
The group that Ellen is spearheading has a mission to increase the number of Financial Representatives available to serve the community. She is focused on providing the Korean American community with ongoing proficient resources that can create opportunities to connect the culture with professional financial services for the benefits of all individuals and their loved ones.
