TO ANNOUNCE UEZ STREET SALE PERMITS

On Wednesday, June 24, Mayor Andre Sayegh together with Economic Development Director Michael Powell, will announce the implementation of UEZ Street Sale permits.

As the state begins to allow more businesses to open indoors, Mayor Sayegh continues to take precautionary measures to decrease the risk of COVID spreading. Implementation of a commercial street sale permit will allow businesses to have sidewalk sales and further allow space for social distancing.

The UEZ is a state funded program helping to decrease unemployment within urban cities.
