CITY OF PATERSON MAYOR ANDRE SAYEGH TO

HOLD APPOINTMENT AND PROMOTION CEREMONY.

On Thursday, September 10, Mayor Andre Sayegh together with Public Safety Director Jerry Speziale and Fire Chief Brian McDermott will promote two firefighters. Firefighter John J. Candelo will be promoted to the position of Chief and Captain Michael E. Walker will be promoted to Battalion Chief. During this ceremony, current Deputy OEM Coordinator and lifelong Patersonian, Troy Ayers, will be appointed to the position of OEM Coordinator formerly held by the late Assistant Chief Gabriel Abouyan.
