Community Options Announces $500 Incentive for All Employees Fully Vaccinated from COVID-19

Princeton, NJ – Community Options, Inc., a national nonprofit that develops housing and employment supports for people with disabilities, today announced a $500 incentive bonus for all its 5,500 employees who become fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

“The health and safety of our employees and the people with disabilities we support are of paramount importance to us,” said Robert Stack, President and CEO. “Therefore, Community Options will pay a bonus incentive to all staff employed through December 10, 2021, who provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 by that date. I urge all of our employees to participate.”

Community Options supports over 5,000 people with disabilities through innovative housing and employment programs across 10 states. Many individuals supported by the nonprofit require 24/7 care from direct support professionals and other staff. The incentive program will further protect this vulnerable population.
