Congressman Andy Kim Receives Backing from Powerhouse Activist Group “Indivisible”, Securing Endorsements from Both New Jersey and National Chapters in His Race for U.S. Senate 

MOORESTOWN N.J. –  Today, Congressman Andy Kim has announced the endorsements of  Indivisible Action and Indivisible One New Jersey in his bid to become the next Senator from New Jersey. These groups, formed in the wake of the 2016 Trump victory, are comprised of more than one million members across the country. Since its inception, “Indivisible” has successfully built up its grassroots organizing efforts, taking action against the GOP agenda, electing local champions, and building a coalition of local communities defending progressive ideals in the process. One of the strongest showings for a primary candidate ever, Congressman Kim received over 97% support from the New Jersey chapter.

First elected to Congress in 2018 at the age of 36, three-term Congressman Andy Kim is one of the younger members to serve in Congress and is the first Asian American elected to federal office from New Jersey. In 2018 and 2020, Andy defeated two self-funding millionaires in a district carried by former President Trump, going on to vote to impeach Trump twice throughout his presidency. In 2022, Kim defeated his third self-funding millionaire opponent by 12 points
