Congressman Kim to Hold 79th Town Hall Focused on Combating Hunger

 

WILLINGBORO, N.J. – Today, Congressman Andy Kim (NJ-03) announced he will be holding a telephone town hall on Thursday, September 26th at 5:30 PM to hear directly from neighbors, share updates from his recent work in Congress, and recognize Hunger Action Month.

At his 79th town hall, Congressman Kim will be joined by Geralyn Fraggetta-Drury, Executive Director of Freehold Area Open Door to speak about their services assisting and advocating for the local community. The town hall will highlight the Congressman’s continued work to combat hunger in New Jersey, including his legislation to expand children’s access to summer meal assistance, to protect people and families’ SNAP benefits, as well as his ongoing efforts to connect local organizations and programs to federal funding and assistance that can uplift and expand their impact.
