Congressman Menendez Receives “A” Rating on End Citizens United/Let America Vote Scorecard

 

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Rob Menendez (NJ-08) received the rating of “A” on a new legislative scorecard released by End Citizens United/Let America Vote for supporting legislation that protects and strengthens democracy.

 

“I am honored to receive an ‘A’ on the End Citizens United/Let America Vote legislative scorecard. For me, this isn’t just about a grade—it’s about ensuring that every American’s voice is heard loud and clear in Congress,” said Congressman Menendez. “With Republicans’ continuing efforts to enact policies that would cause voter suppression nationwide. I will continue to fight for everyone’s vote to be respected in our nation’s decision-making processes.”

  • Washington, D.C. Admissions Act (H.R.51)
  • Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal, and Transparency Act (H.R.926)
  • Protect Our Democracy Act (H.R.5048)
  • The vote in favor of the resolution declaring the office of Speaker of the House of Representatives vacant (H.Res.757)
  • The vote in favor of passage of the resolution to Expel George Santos (H.Res.878)
  • The vote against the Resolution Opening an Impeachment Inquiry into President Joe Biden (H.Res.918)
