Congressman Rob Menendez in Leadership Roles to Deliver a Democratic Majority in 2026 

NEW JERSEY – Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) Chair Suzan DelBene (WA-01) announced that Rep. Rob Menendez (NJ-08) has joined their leadership team and will serve as one of four regional vice chairs for the 2026 cycle, alongside Reps. Lizzie Fletcher (TX-07), Sara Jacobs (CA-51), and Mark Pocan (WI-02). In this capacity, Rep. Menendez is on the frontlines working to keep Republicans in check and leading Democrats to take back the House Majority in 2026.

“As House Republicans continue to fail the American people, House Democrats are holding them accountable, contrasting Republicans’ chaos with our message of fighting to lower costs and keeping our communities safe,” said  DCCC Chair Suzan DelBene. “Rob Menendez is a proven, effective, and enthusiastic communicator whose role as one of the DCCC’s Regional Vice Chairs will play a critical part in the team effort to retake the House Majority. In addition to his leadership with the DCCC, Rep. Menendez is serving alongside Rep. Salud Carbajal (CA-24) as Finance Co-Chair for CHC BOLD PAC – the campaign arm of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus – during the 119th Congress, under the leadership of Chairwoman Linda Sánchez (CA-38).
