Court Hearing Monday, May 13, on Authority of
Newark’s Civilian Complaint Review Board

On Monday, May 13, there will be a hearing in the New Jersey Appellate Division on the merits of the appeal by the City of Newark regarding the authority of the Civilian Complaint Review Board to allow communities to hold police accountable.

The 9 a.m. hearing will take place at Richard Hughes Justice Complex, located at 25 Market St, Fifth Floor, North Wing Part E.
