WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Coalition for a Prosperous America (CPA) today announced the hiring of EJ Valentine as Director of Government Relations. In this role, Valentine will bolster CPA’s advocacy efforts at the federal, state, and local levels, working to advance pro-American trade and economic policies that support domestic manufacturing, strengthen supply chains, and protect American workers.
Valentine brings extensive policy and legislative experience to CPA. Prior to joining the organization, he served as Policy Director for the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), where he played a key role in shaping policy positions for congressional candidates. He also previously served as a Senior Policy Adviser to Senator Rick Scott (R-FL), working on a range of legislative initiatives aimed at strengthening the U.S. economy and national security.
“With deep expertise in legislative strategy and policy development, EJ is a valuable addition to CPA’s government relations team,” said Jon Toomey, President of CPA. “His experience on Capitol Hill and at the NRCC will strengthen our ability to advocate for trade and economic policies that put American workers and producers first.”
As CPA continues to expand its influence in Washington, Valentine will play a key role in engaging with lawmakers, crafting policy solutions, and ensuring that CPA’s priorities remain at the forefront of legislative discussions. |
