Toms River, NJ – March 24 – Earlier today, David Richter sent a letter to the presidents of the following universities and colleges requesting immediate issuance of refunds to students for any unused portion of the room and board and issuance of discounts for the altered (online) education they are receiving as a result of COVID-19.

- William Patterson University
For your reference, a copy of a sample letter has been attached to this email. This proposal is a part of the larger plan that David proposed last week to help speed economic recovery from the COVID-19 crisis.
