Mr. DiFazio is a member of the Litigation and Cannabis Law Practice Groups. His practice revolves around defending public entities including municipalities, utility authorities, housing authorities and public commissions. He has counseled and represented both public entities and private businesses in state and federal court actions, administrative hearings, and arbitration and mediation proceedings. As a member of the Cannabis Law Practice Group, Mr. DiFazio has successfully aided clients in the permitting process to operate an Alternative Treatment Center under New Jersey’s Compassionate Use of Medical Marijuana Act.
