Diane Wasser, of EisnerAmper, Elected Treasurer of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors
Diane Wasser, EisnerAmper’s Partner-in-Charge of New Jersey and Managing Partner of Regions at EisnerAmper, was elected treasurer of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors at its June 5 annual meeting. Wasser, a Chamber Board Audit Committee member, has been a board member for four years.
“It is an honor to be elected board treasurer,” said Wasser. “I look forward to working with Chamber staff and the other board officers in advancing the organization’s work of ensuring that New Jersey remains a desirable state to operate a business providing good-paying jobs to employees.”
With more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, Wasser established EisnerAmper’s Pension Services Group – and has been instrumental in building the practice, which now serves over 450 clients annually. As EisnerAmper’s New Jersey Partner-in-Charge, she is primarily responsible for maintaining the firm’s culture and growth in the Garden State. As managing partner of regions, she oversees the firm’s Partners-in-Charge nationwide.

Wasser was named to ROI-NJ’s Influencers Women in Business Top 40 list, ROI-NJ’s Influencers in Accounting list, NJBIZ’s Accounting Power list, NJBIZ’s Best 50 Women in Business list – and she was an Executive Women of New Jersey Women of Professional Distinction Honoree.
Wasser succeeds Walter Brasch, Chief Success Officer at Prager Metis CPAs, as treasurer. Brasch will remain on the Board’s Executive Committee.
The New Jersey Chamber Board of Directors provides guidance to Chamber staff on policy issues affecting New Jersey’s short- and long-term economic growth. Special emphasis is placed on matters involving economic development and taxation, Education and Workforce Development, Environment and energy, Government Reform, Healthcare, and Transportation.
