East Brunswick GOP Chairman Jesal Amin Criticizes Council Candidate Sharon Sullivan for Tenure on Traffic Advisory Board

For Immediate Release

East Brunswick, NJ- East Brunswick GOP Chairman Jesal Amin released the following statement criticizing council candidate Sharon Sullivan for her tenure of the township’s Traffic Advisory Committee.

“During her tenure on the township’s Traffic Advisory Committee, Sharon Sullivan has sided with developers more than East Brunswick families.  Instead of implementing a sensible plan to reduce traffic on Rt. 18, Ms. Sullivan has allowed high-density developers’ interests supersede those of taxpayers.  East Brunswick residents continue to face harrowing commutes under Ms. Sullivan’s watch.

If Ms. Sullivan is elected, East Brunswick residents will continue to endure costly congestion.  Ms. Sullivan has expressed her full on support for building high density apartments, and will vote in lockstep with her running mates and Mayor Cohen who fast-tracked this development.  Traffic is challenging enough already, and has been seeping through residential neighborhoods, putting our children and seniors at risk.  If Ms. Sullivan is elected and we continue down this primrose path, it’s not just the livelihoods of East Brunswick residents at risk, but their safety and well-being!”

East Brunswick residents can stop the madness this November.  Vote Camille Clark, Curt Philipczak and Dhar Khona for Council.
