Education Matters Launches Campaign Website

The Education Matters team of Paula Jones-Watson (1F), Younass Barkouch (2F), Natalia Ioffe (3F)  proudly announce the launch of their new comprehensive campaign website to better connect with voters (https://educationmatters4jc.com/)  The team spent much time and thought collaborating on what issues they found most pertinent as well as a tangible plan to achieve these goals.  The feedback of several Jersey City Public Schools stakeholders was thoughtfully considered in the development of the team’s plan.
Education Matters campaign manager, Mike Greco issued the following statement, “During this crucial time of fully reopening our schools, it is important  to not only set meaningful goals based on the needs of our school community but to be transparent and let our voters know the clear and concise plans we have in place to achieve those goals. The pandemic exposed a world of inequities and obstacles that our children and their families have had to deal with and are dealing with today.  There is no time to waste in addressing and correcting these issues and with the trust and help of the voters of Jersey City, the Education Matters team can make this happen.”
The Education Matters candidates encourage everyone in Jersey City to explore their website to better understand their platform and the strategies they have developed to make that platform a reality and in turn make the Jersey City Public Schools better for our students, staff and the entire community.
