Beginning Monday, March 23, anyone coming to the Essex County Government Complex in Newark will have to access the Hall of Records, Veterans Courthouse and Historic Courthouse through the Veterans Courthouse. Please enter and exit through the Veterans Courthouse via the Rosa Parks Plaza, the Congressman Donald M. Payne Plaza or the Governor Brendan Byrne Plaza (Juror Parking Lot area). The LeRoy F.
