Temporary Facility Closings

In the abundance of caution and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Schools of Technology, Turtle Back Zoo, Codey Arena, County Golf Courses and community centers in the Parks System will be closed from Saturday, March 14 to Friday, March 27. In addition, the Cherry Blossom Bike Races on April 4 and Cherry Blossom 10K Run on April 5 have been postponed.

Correctional Facility Visitation

As a precaution to prevent any possible spread of the Novel Coronavirus, the visitation schedule at the Essex County Correctional Facility is being modified until further notice.
