EXTENDING THE SUMMER AND BRINGING THE BEACH TO PATERSON

Mayor Andre Sayegh will join Blue Onyx Companies as they kick off a five-year project to turn a blighted site of former warehouses to a mixed-use project. Located in the Old Great Falls District of Paterson the two-acre site is planned to be used for offices, residential use, a beer garden, and a beach environment – sand included.

The re-development project which has been branded 24+Half is another of example of Paterson’s growth mode toward a better quality of life.
