First-Ever Summit for Non Profit Organizations in South Jersey
Scheduled for April 26th at Rowan University…and Online

HADDONFIELD, NJ (March 8, 2022)—The Non Profit Development Center of Southern New Jersey (NPDCSNJ), in collaboration with 18 supporting organizations, will host the first-ever Regional Summit for leaders of non-profit organizations in the eight counties of South Jersey on April 26th.

The Summit will be held at Rowan University in the Ballroom of the Student Center and will also be available for participants online.

Mindy Holman, the chair of Holman Enterprises, is the Honorary chair of the event and Andy Fraizer, the executive director of the Community Foundation of South Jersey, is the co-chair.

Holman and Fraizer lead a group of 48 distinguished South Jerseyans who are supporting the event.

TD Bank, the Holman Foundation and the Grunin Foundation are the presenting sponsors of the event.

The purpose of the Summit is to begin an eight-year process to build a “collaborative infrastructure” that will position South Jersey to become “the most NPO-friendly region in the country by 2030.”

Summit participants will:
• Identify the needs of NPOs in the region,
• Ask NPO and other community leaders to present their “best ideas” for promoting the
work of NPOs in the region,
• Share success stories from NPOs across the region, and
• Identify new or borrowed approaches to meeting these goals.

The Summit will be preceded by a survey of regional NPO leaders and will be followed by a series of county-based workshops.
