Food & Water Action Endorses Bonnie Watson Coleman for Congress
Food & Water Action, the political arm of the national advocacy organization Food & Water Watch, is endorsing Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman in New Jersey’s 12th Congressional District race.
Watson Coleman earned the group’s endorsement based on her longstanding leadership in Congress fighting against the powerful corporate interests that jeopardize public services and threaten our environment.
“From strongly opposing the Trans-Pacific Partnership and the state takeover of Atlantic City, to co-sponsoring bills to rebuild our water infrastructure, we know that Bonnie Watson Coleman stands for people power over corporate power,” said Lena Smith, Senior Organizer with Food & Water Action. “Bonnie Watson Coleman is also a co-sponsor of the Off Fossil Fuels Act, the strongest climate and clean energy bill in the country.
