This is an advisory for my 13,000 FOP members, State officials, and the media about a non-life threatening health issue that will cause me to take a short period of time off from the office. My Executive Vice President Robert Gries and the FOP Executive Board are forging ahead with logistics of our Annual Conference to be held in Jamaica August 15-20, 2022. I would expect everything will run smoothly in my absence at that event.

At this time, I will not be accepting calls or visits but am requesting your prayers for me and my family. I look forward to a speedy recovery and expect to return in the very near future.
